The Great Canadian Landscaping Company is always looking for hard working, enthusiastic, ambitious, organic, team players. We want our staff to love coming to work and develop a career in landscaping.
It is our mission to continuously encourage and support employee growth and development through education and knowledge and to make opportunities available for our skilled workforce to prosper with the support and leadership of The Great Canadian Landscaping Company’s Management.
This is our commitment to our trusted employees and to our landscape services industry.
We recognize we could not do it without them. Chris has always understood that encouraging an employee’s individual growth, through training and education, whether industry related or not, is the key to an enduring relationship. Chris has created the Employee Development Sponsorship Program (EDSP) in which employees and management are encouraged to further their education on management and or industry related programs at little to no cost. Chris feels that this knowledge is passed on to his clients when his team arrives at your homes or business and also helps build the credibility of the company.
If working with landscape contractors outside, getting plenty of exercise, and having the opportunity to create and maintain beautiful landscapes sounds appealing, we would like to hear from you. Send your resume to firstname.lastname@example.org
